Instructions: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the coconut oil to the dry ingredients. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, work the coconut oil into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the brewed coffee, vanilla extract, milk, and egg until well combined.
